Does my medical INSURANCE COVER TREATMENT?
In most cases medical insurance will cover the majority of costs after deductibles or co-pays. Every insurance policy is different, so depending on your type of coverage will determine total benefits. Call us for more details.

DOES MY DENTAL INSURANCE COVER TREATMENT?
No, all fees for treatment will be submitted under medical insurance. The patient must satisfy any deductibles that are required.

DOES MEDICARE COVER TREATMENT?
Yes, Medicare does have coverage for this treatment.

IF I AM CLAUSTROPHOBIC CAN I STILL WEAR A SLEEP APNEA APPLIANCE?
Yes, there are many appliances that are intended specifically for patients that have claustrophobia. They allow for adequate tongue movement to ensure that the condition is not a problem while the appliance is in place.

DO I NEED A SLEEP STUDY FOR AN ORAL APPLIANCE?
An MD needs to diagnose Sleep Apnea. In order to do so, your doctor will require a sleep study. We cannot treat people without a study.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY CONSULTATION?
When you arrive for your consultation we request the following:

• A copy of your formal sleep study
• Name and address of your physician
• Medical insurance card
• Driver’s license
